Annual Leave - Full-time employees receive annual leave based upon their length of continuous service. All employees will accrue 3.3 hours prepay period for vacation, equaling two weeks or 80 hours per year, for the first 3 years of employment
Sick Leave - At the beginning of each calendar year, each employee will receive 5 sick days. New employees starting employment after the beginning of the calendar year will be prorated sick days based upon the date of hire
Holidays - Full-time employees will receive the following paid holidays:

Group Health Insurance - Full-time employees will be offered medical, dental, accidental death and dismemberment, short and long term disability, life insurance and supplemental life insurance (Group Insurance Benefits Plan). All participating employees are allowed full plan coverage at no cost to the employee, with the exception of supplemental life
Elective 401-k Plan - Full-time employees are eligible for our employer sponsored 401-k Retirement Program
Annual Corporate Performance Bonus Program - Full-time employees are eligible for the Annual Corporate Performance Bonus Program. The program is specifically designed to reward performance based on corporate revenue and profitability targets.
Project Performance Incentive Program - Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the Project Performance Incentive Program. The program is specifically designed to reward outstanding performance in the execution of projects based on a balanced scorecard of performance measures.
Employee Referral Bonus Program - Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the Associate Referral Bonus Program. The program is specifically designed to reward employees for referrals of full-time candidates for employment at VERTEX. Program will only take effect upon the successful hiring of the referenced candidate.
Impact Programs - Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the VERTEX "Impact" Program. This program is specifically designed to recognize and reward employees who help build our reputation by promoting VERTEX in the distance learning industry through public speaking engagements, publication of written articles, or the election to office for industry related associations
Direct Deposit - Employees can arrange to have their paychecks deposited directly into their bank accounts
Credit Union - The credit union offers savings and loan services to all employees
Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) - FMLA allows a total of 12 weeks of paid leave or leave without pay following the birth and/or adoption of a child, the serious illness of an employee, or an immediate family member who requires assistance from the employee during an illness
