Sandra Reiter | Chief Executive Officer & Chairwoman

Sandra Reiter is Chief Executive Officer and Chairwoman of Vertex Solutions, where she leads the company's strategic transformation and expansion as an advanced engineering and defense technology enterprise specializing in training, simulation, and emerging technologies. With more than two decades of executive leadership experience spanning corporate strategy, global operations, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational transformation, Sandra has a proven track record of driving operational performance, scalability, and enterprise value across private equity-backed businesses, multinational corporations, and Fortune 500 organizations.

Prior to Vertex Solutions, Sandra served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations at ZRG, where she oversaw worldwide operations and led strategic initiatives, including M&A integration, business transformation, and operational infrastructure. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Korn Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles, advising organizations on executive leadership, corporate governance, and organizational strategy. She began her career as a corporate attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP.

Sandra founded and served as Chairwoman of the Young Professionals Committee for Susan G. Komen Greater NYC and subsequently served as Chair of the Greater NYC Board of Directors. She has also held leadership and advisory positions with the New York Philharmonic and Lincoln Center, and serves on the Board of Advisrs for the Hospital for Special Surgery.

Sandra holds an MBA and JD from Columbia University and a BA, cum laude, from Middlebury College. She graduated cum laude from Phillips Exeter Academy and is admitted to the New York and Massachusetts Bars.
