Sandra Reiter brings more than two decades of operational and leadership consulting expertise, assisting businesses ranging from private equity-backed to Fortune 500 clients to manage growth and scale across their full horizontal of needs and objectives. 


Most recently, Sandra was the SVP of Global Operations at ZRG, a private equity-backed technology-driven global talent management and consulting firm. As part of senior leadership of the fastest growing executive search firm for the past three years, Sandra was responsible for ZRG’s worldwide business operations, databases, processes, and systems, and spearheaded M&A and business unit integrations.  


Sandra began her career in talent management and consulting in 2006 with Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to ZRG, she was a Principal and Global Program Leader at Korn Ferry, where she specialized in assignments particularly within the consumer and healthcare sectors and assisted in building out senior management teams and boards of directors. Her practice also included a concentration in legal, compliance, and human resources. Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Sandra was a corporate attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP.  

 

Sandra is the founder and former chairwoman of The Young Professionals Committee for the Susan G. Komen, Greater NYC, Breast Cancer Foundation, and served as chair of the board from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, she served as chairwoman of the Young New Yorkers for the New York Philharmonic from 2011 to 2016 and is now a member of the Women’s Leadership Council to Lincoln Center. She was named to the Board of Advisors of the Hospital for Special Surgery in 2014, and is a committee member of the Phillips Exeter Academy Alumni for Greater New York.

 

Sandra holds a master’s degree in business administration and a juris doctor degree from Columbia University and is a member of the New York and Massachusetts State Bars. She earned her BA (cum laude) from Middlebury College and graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy (cum laude).
